Title: Isoparametric foliation and applications
Abstract: In this talk, we will discuss the theory of isoparametric foliation. In the first part, we will recall basic notations and classification of isoparametric foliation in unit spheres. Second, we will talk about isoparametric foliation in general Riemannian manifolds. Lastly, applications of the theory of isoparametric foliation will be introduced.
报告人简介：
钱超，男，2013年获北京师范大学理学博士学位，研究方向为微分几何与拓扑学，师从北京师范大学长江特聘教授唐梓洲教授。博士期间曾获教育部博士研究生学术新人奖。2013 年至2015年在中国科学院大学从事博士后研究，合作导师为彭家贵教授和唐国平教授。2015年6月开始在北京理工大学工作。至今正式发表SCI论文5篇，其中包括国际著名杂志《Adv. Math.》,《Proc. LMS》。曾多次受邀参加国内外学术会议并作报告，如中日几何会议，子流形的几何与拓扑会议，东亚纽结会议等。目前主持国家自然科学青年基金，并参与国家自然科学基金面上项目。
