  • My research focuses on non-equilibrium phenomena in nature, such as chemical reactions, liquid-liquid phase separation, crystal growth, gene transcription, drug resistance of dental bacteria, etc. Through mechanism driven computable modeling, theoretical analysis and algorithm development, we have established a series of models and algorithms with strong interpretability, high generalization and high precision. However, the calculation of mechanism driven models is facing with a dimensional disaster. Data-driven modeling and computation provide a mother way to solve this problem, but it faces the characteristics of poor interpretability and low generalization. In the following research, we will focus on the modeling and computation of the fusion of mechanism and data.
