  • 卢剑权,男,1981年生于浙江东阳。东南大学教授 (青年特聘),复杂系统与网络科学研究中心副主任。2016年获江苏省科学技术奖二等奖(排一),2010年获江苏省科学技术一等奖(排二)。2017年获江苏省杰青基金。2014-2016连续三年入选Elsevier中国高被引学者榜单。2016年获江苏省数学成就奖。德国洪堡学者。入选教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划,江苏省“333高层次人才培养工程”中青年科学技术带头人培养对象,江苏省“六大人才高峰”高层次人才。主持国家自然科学基金3项,江苏省自然科学基金2项,霍英东基金1项。 担任3个国际SCI刊物Journal of Franklin Institute (Elsevier), Neural Processing Letters和Neural Computing and Applications(Springer)的编委,任第六届《控制与决策》期刊编委会,和2个国际SCI刊物Mathematics and Computers in Simulation(Elsevier)和IET TA的客座编委。2016年,指导学生获江苏省优秀硕士学位论文。多次出访德国、英国、中国香港、卡塔尔等国家和地区,与相关领域的国际知名学者有着深入的合作。在Nonlinearity、SIAM J.、PRE、EPL、Automatica、IEEE Trans.等刊物发表学术论文70余篇,其中14篇论文入选ESI高被引论文;SCI的H指数为
