  • 卢剑权,男,1981年生于浙江东阳。东南大学教授,德国洪堡学者,复杂系统与网络科学研究中心副主任,IEEE高级会员。2016年获江苏省科学技术奖二等奖(排一),2010年获江苏省科学技术一等奖(排二)。2017年获江苏省杰青基金。2018年-2019年连续入选科睿唯安全球高引科学家;2014-2019连续入选Elsevier中国高被引学者榜单。2016年获江苏省数学成就奖。教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划,江苏省“333高层次人才培养工程”中青年科学技术带头人培养对象,江苏省“六大人才高峰”高层次人才。主持国家自然科学基金4项,霍英东基金等省部级项目6项。
    任3个国际SCI刊物Journal of Franklin Institute (Elsevier), Neural Processing Letters和Neural Computing and Applications(Springer)的编委,任第六届《控制与决策》和第八届《系统科学与数学》期刊编委会,中国科学等5个SCI刊物客座编委。2016年,指导学生获江苏省优秀硕士学位论文。多次出访德国、英国、中国香港、卡塔尔等国家和地区。发表SCI期刊论文90多篇,其中在SIAM J.、Nonlinearity、Automatica、IEEE Trans.上60多篇,30余篇入选ESI高被引论文;SCI的H指数为48。
